hi guys and girls i have etch primed my car using hichem super etch primer used it a conventional need to rub it back flat with p400 but not sure if to do it as wet or dry need help quick as would like to move on with the job

spary it with some cheap s**t paint nice and light then use 800 wet and dry to rub it back untill all the s**t paint has disapered

you use the cheap s**t paint as a guide coat. Matt black works best, then when you rub it back you know where all the high and low spots are. As Frank said i'd use 800 wet and dry and keep the water up to it as much as you can/

yeah sorry my bad disco frank i should have put in my post that i will be putting more primer on top of the etch primer and i was not sure if i could wet rub etch primer i found out by hichem just to dry rub with p400 then prime then wet rub p400 or p800

explain your self correctly thats half the damn problem with ppl on here if u are putting more primer ontop of the etch primer there should be instructions on the etch primer can/container telling when and what you should sand it back with alot of primers these days do not require sanding back between coats or other primers
