Yeah, it's supposed to be Bordeaux, but the previous owner had a really s**t respray done before selling and now it look like s**t in sunlight, even after a cut and polish (hence the respray).

I've been looking for a new fron spoiler for a while now and haven't been able to make up my mind. Originally I wanted the Groupe A one, but decided it was too big and chunky. I saw this one on Mick's website and thought that it didn't look to big, but solid enough to stand out a bit. Can't wait for the respray to get started (only 6 more sleeps!!!). Then two weeks for the job. :?

Yeah it's definately a rarer one. I haven't actually seen any EF SVOs in the flesh. In fact the only ones I have seen are EF SVO's (Paul) and Mick Webb's ute. I liked the look on the falcon front and now I think I like it combined with the Fairmont grill even better.

Hopefully it'll still look as tough once it's sprayed up...

That is awsome.

Just a couple of questions, is that an addition to the standard bar? Cus if it is, is there any reason it wouldn't fit my EL?

And 2nd, how much is one of those worth?

It's kind of an add-on to the original bar... it is fixed onto the original bar and replaces most of the lower "skirts". You can see in the pic where it blends in at the lower edge of the body detail stripe that runs around the car (the red stripe on XR's). Substantial portions of the original bar are cut away to make way for the replacement. The new portion is glued (eg. sikaflex) onto the remainder of the old bar and screwed on behind the number plate and onto the inside of the guards. The existing mounts are retained however, so there should be no probs fitting to any car. In fact, I know for certain that Mick has a EL version sitting in his workshop...

Mick charged me $500 fitted. (As you see in the pic)
