G'day Ross, doin good thanks mate. Just like a tired old car, I needed a bit of an upgrade. I am now sporting a titanium valve in my ticker, so that should keep me purring along for a while
And Damo is deffinately enjoying the ZJ, had him and Phill up here the other week and the old tank is looking pretty tidy. Bit of zorst work and she'll sound like a 351 should :P

Cheers,
Mick

Good to hear Mick on all counts, my wife had a hole in the heart fixed about 10 yrs ago and joined the zipper club, I told her that Id keep her a bit longer as she had been reconditioned!
Just sitting in the shed sorting out Clevo bits as we write! Woo Hoo!!

thanks Ross, having a ball in it, like i wouldn;t haha
and thank you Mick, exhuast is on the cards don't worry hahah

at Hawkesbury swapmeet i cant remember the amount of times, people were surprised it was a 351 and not a 6cyl under the bonnet , phill even had to show one gent haha

picked up some snowflakes for it, extractors and 1.5 inch lowered springs.

started fitting keyless (and central) locking to it and have parts required for boot release , just to give it a little modern edge

Thanks guys! :D
she is pretty straight only got a few dents here and there. None are from me though, my grandfather gave it to me when i got my Ps and back when he had it everybody in the family used to drive it around...and bump and scratch it unfortunatly :(
But with a bit of work she should be looking good very soon. Step one is to find chrome trimming.

Georgio, if you find somewhere that has that chrome trim, let us know! i'm looking for some myself haha.

and has anyone on here replaced a brake booster on an NC 5 litre before? mine gave way in the middle of an intersection over the weekend, luckily there were no other cars coming, because the brake pedal jumped back and scared the absolute crap out of me! just wondering how long it should take, seeing as this is the only car i have on the road at the moment.

Aint we all :P Last time I seen some of this was on ebay about 4 years ago and it was the insert that does the front and rear bumpers as a roll. Was listed as being anough to do front and rear, but mine were in top condition back then so didn't think twice about it. If only I knew what I know now....a roll of this s**t now would be worth more than it's weight in gold

they made it in rolls? haha learn something new every day. but if thats the case then surely it would have been of a universal use, such as other cars using the same material? you'd think that they'd still be making it, or at least some kicking around.
