Tell ya what Spudley, once you get your rego done, take the old girl on a road trip to lovely NSW and I'll swap ya seats. I'm returning my Fairlane back to factory spec, so I will be selling my DC leathers.

I have been actually looking for a set of NA/DA Velours for my NA sportsman so that I could complete the transformation of both cars back to original.

I think the logistics of doing the whole courier thing would be just too damn hard.

Cheers, Mick

Nah Seriously "READ IT" I spent a lot of f**k time re-doing all of the pic's in the thread after the FM rebuild.

Now before you lot start on me.......I'm nearly over it, seriously, after many therapy sessions, binge brinking myself to oblivion and many lonely nights contemplating if life was worth continuing, I'm getting there :P

Don't worry about me Spudley....you're new. You missed all of the fun when the site was changed

thanks steve, but i think the LWB is different to regular sedans, as LWB's are on the wagon chassis.

cheers,
spud.

Hmm, I really don't think the towbar from a Wagon will fit an LTD. It may even be a specific part due to the different length from diff to rear, and more sedan like body shape.

And EA/ED sedan towbars are very different to EF/EL.

agreed. also i used to say that the lanes and LTD's are a wagon chasis, but they are different. try fitting a wagon carpet to a lane.. wont work, the floor pan is actually longer in a fairlane/LTD then it is in the wagon. the wagon shares the carpet with a sedan.
