ahh ok, well thats still better than nothing and will still look decent until I can find a new bonnet. Or I might just use the fairlane grill until then.

EDIT - Just quoted $430 from wreckers for bonnet (no grill), bumper and headlights/indicators. I hate living here.

That's not too bad really.

That's like $15 per indicator, $75 per light, $100 for the bonnet and $150 for the bar.

Are they in the correct colour? That price would probably beat what it would cost finding the parts privately and possible having to paint them too.

Haha you were damn close. $90 for headlights/indicators per side, $120 for the bumper and $130 for the bonnet and yeah in Cardinal but faded a bit. Just found bonnet/bumper in cardinal again for $80 for BOTH privately so I think I might go that route with lights from wreckers. Can't complain really for $260 total now. Just have to get the brackets fixed but waiting to get the lights so it's at least roadworthy to take it to smash repairs.

If I was down that way the dunger idea would be great but there are none up here that I can find. This would be lovely if it wasn't so far away and stayed cheap..

Interesting that you mention that.. i replaced mine today.. would you mind telling me how much you picked yours up for? Mine was 120 bucks!!! on top of that, i need to get the plate that protects it from the heat of the exhaust... not happy.

Fitted this today - no dramas, but mine didn't have a shield over it, my bro-in-law recently changed his in a SWB model  and his had a shield so wonder what the go is there?

So far I managed to get the rear suspension done out with pedders std height coils and comfort gas shocks, in with pedders low coils and red ryder shocks add a 24mm bar for good measure - fun!

Next coupla days I get to replace the front struts to pedders as well! not bad I have never done anything this big on a later model, I'm used to rear leafs and front shocks not coils and struts!

Just a little universal bobtail spoiler (rubber) I got for it, the usual spoiler seems to only suit some colours and I wanted something to break up the bootlid, funnily some hate it others seem to think it's OK.

I want one!
Anyhooo
If there are any NA/NC owners that would like a rear louvre, i have one that i have absolutely no use for.. it's in great condition and will gladly give it away to someone that can pick it up.. for that "retro" look... otherwise... in the dumpster!!
let me know via here or pm if you prefer

Cheers all
Mars

i would be too far to drive just to pick it up lol.

i have seen those lips on ebay. i was going to buy one for the back of mine... as my boot lid is a 90 degree angle i thought it could extend the boot lid a bit.. something different but decided not to lol

Haven't had much of a chance yet only one run in it yesterday, although it was definitely firmer, but haven't had a chance to give it any great cornering tests due to weather and today I'm changing the front struts to pedders as well.
