i reckon probably get your kit fitted first and lower it to suit man. You don't want it really low and then put a kit on because it will scrape everywhere.

Definately need to get rid of the EL Falcon front bar, headlights, grill, bonnet. And that's my input.

Thanks Glenn my thoughts exactly, i was also thinking of putting the white door moulds like they have on fairmont ghia's, and going to clear indicators.

who could i source the white door mould through???

depends what type you want. You could get the fairlaine/fairmont door moulds with the chrome and the clear indicator from ford or from a wrecker, or you could just get your existing ones sprayed white and get some clear indicators. I dunno where you get the clear GLi/futura/xr indicators from but i think Amber and EFFalcon to name a few have them, probably see where they sourced theirs would be a good idea.

i think i might go with the "fairlaine/fairmont door moulds with the chrome and the clear indicator " from Ford, i think they would look pretty nice with a tickford bodykit.

Since it's an EL the taillights will already have clear indicators.

Isn't it the EF's which have the clear back indicators? I know mine sure does!! :)

I dunno maybe, I just presumed it was like the Wagons, EL's were clear. If I'm wrong then this bloke should go and change his to EF tailights!

el GLI/futura/XR sedans had orange indicators, the fairmonts and fairmont ghias got clear ones.

Ah yes, but not all tickford kits have the XR lights. That's your difference.
