hey guys um i have a problem i have currently tryed to remove my tickford au series 1 body kit parts but i having problem with the bits which are infront of the back wheel arches they are like flat triangles .they seem to be stuck on should i just rip them of, or will it damage the body work or paint :? ???

I am pretty sure they are stuck on and I would be ultra careful if I were you to not damage them removing and also not damage the paintwork.

im not 100% sure, but i think they are urethaned on.

well, you can get it off..... but its not easy. you would most likely damage your door in the process.
