one year later and not much has changed! due to a lot of problems.
1:availibility of parts (and cost, because i dont earn much being a t/a)
2:lost my licence. and the missus didnt have one (so it just sat there)
3:caught driving without a licence. (2 month suspended jail sentence)
4:daughter was born (other cost, project put aside)

now im back on the books and trying to decide wether to buy another car and keep my project because the missus gets her licence in a week and dont have the time or money to fix the el.

so now im gonna go buy a ed fairmont for fairly cheep just to get around for now

what are some of the usual probblems i should look for when buying one?

Good luck mate. My Fairy looks exactly the same. Only mines arctic blue with Burgundy panels :D :D

Mines going in on the 6th. Its really embarrassing driving around with multi coulored panels. Not long now though.

Hopefully all goes well for you!

Cheers, Nathan
