Thanks Glenn, I will look into what they have. I picked up the bar from Carmate and they said they had lights to suit the bar, when I approached them later they said they didn't. You have to be careful with some mob's.

yes Jay they are a long way apart but who knows maybe one day. As for the clearance, the lowest point of the front bar is the same as the lowest posit under the standard Fairmont bar, under the curve. At the moment it is just mocked up but I will be doing final measurements this weekend and starting to glass it up. I will post more pick as I go. On another note the bonnet is finally dead smooth and sanded, just needs final spot putty and spray putty and she will be then fully undercoated. I will probably wait till everything is ready before I paint.

Here are some pics of the Bar mounted on the car. It was mocked up so I can check clearance problems. I will probably raise it another 25mm just to be safe. Was going to start to fiberglass this weekend but it hasn't stopped raining in Sydney. Hope next weekend is better.

Wow that looks awesome for an EF :D

You should start your own bodykit modding business :P

I reckon you should use the TS50 rear bar for the rear, should look awesome too :)

Been a couple of weeks but finally got the front bar fiberglassed. Weekend before last I used Locktite Urethane to bond the two bars together and had to leave that for a week to cure, long time but this stuff is good. On the weekend I glassed up the inside. Got finished before the winds arrived on Sunday arvo thank God. Here's a few pics, will be bogging anbd sanding the front next weekend, might even get it mounted.

Contemplating putting a set of twinlights in when the bar is fitted. Still unsure at the moment.
