Sorry, I should elaborate.

Put some masking tape over the tyres at the edge of the rim to protect them. Apply paint stripper to the wheel until all the clear coat is gone.

Rub the autosol in by hand with a cloth, and you can either buff out by hand with another cloth or use a buffing wheel.

Then what you want to do is clean the wheel thoroughly with prepsol or similar.
Then the wheel a single light coat of good quality clear coat, from a spray pack will do.

one quick question just before i start polishing (i have the products) LoL......the white paint on the inner bits on the rim...is the stripper going to tkae this paint offf?....do i avoid applying stripper on the white paint?...please help coz im eager to start

paint stripper will remove the white paint to (cos its paint) just remove it all and polish the whole lot, saw a polished set on an EF wagon today, they looked good,

as long as its all an even chromish looking colour i wont care...as long as that metal isnt somehow black or s**t then id be stressing...im doing it the easy way...so i mite struggle getting those bits polished up...it will impress though, the car gets lowered in a couple weeks so pics will be up soon
