well for all those wanting to do a front conversion to EL xr look, twinlights.com product wont do the trick. they have a plastic peice over the actual lights, and i emailed them if it could be taken off, whether the actual light bits would fit under the front bar, the response was no... which is a pity, would have been a cheap/great way out for those wanting to do it!

yeah i hate the look of them too, but the real xr headlights are hard to find, i was thinking of taking the plastic bit off the twinlights version and using the lights to do a real el xr front bar conversion its just not possible though

I have to say that the Twinlights are just a waste of money, you can source genuine parts that look soo much better for just a bit more. Twinlights, only look semi natural on the Telstars/ Lasers, and the X series...
Cheers

What about the twinlights on EA-ED's? I saw an EB Ghia with the twinlights on them and they looked great.

Nah, either genuine or stock are the way to go. Twinlights look cheap and nasty.
