If you really want to install neons in your car, put them in the footwells where they actually look decent.

I really like underbody neons. I think you should do it :). But yeah, there will be people who will bag you. So, up to you!

I could understand doing it if they cost $5... perhaps even $20... But undercar neons are bloody expensive!

Seriously man, take them back and spend the $100+ on lowering or tint, something that will actually look good!

putting neons on your car is illegal? since when? according to the licencing centre car inspectors in perth, they are perfectly legal if
a. they dont flash or change colours
b. you cant see the actual globes from outside the car
c. interior globes are not on whilst driving
and
d. they are wired in by a competent licenced auto electrician or pass a physical inspection for safety

this straight from their own mouths when asked about it 3 months ago.

although considering that, they are ricey in my opinion and are cop bait for sure.

it's not like i'll have them on all the time cos it would just chew the battery with the amp and the sub going off aswell..

yeah but that's perth i'm pretty sure it's a bit different in canberra/nsw area

i should look it up soon.

Another reason why your AU will look ugly.
1. Its an AU
2. It has neons
