Well i do have several sets of those flashing reds and blues, on a fire truck actually, bit of a difference, as opposed to gay neons that accomplish nothing. Its people like me, who will put out your car, or cut you out of it, when you crash and burn, from to many neons, racing boys half your age, anyone who has the menatality to put neons on, cannons, monster tachos etc, is either a juvenile poser, or a old man having a mid life crisis. |

mine came factory fitted I think you call them hedlights and tail lights . if you need to pput neons on a car you are not spending anough time on wut really matters

Ive had a set of them for 3 years and they are the ones that cchange colours and patterns.
I always wanted them for 18 years when they were released in the states but they never had the internet so I could not find them and yes they are rice but I dont give a s**t what is said I like them.

hey nothing with rice...it taste nice when it's cooked okay... 
okies...considering the neon tubes can't be seen, it does give a good halo effect. but yeah...I can't get into all that neon stuff, and must go into my roots to shout out more rice. I have seen a lot of cars who have tried to put neons on the underside with the tube showing...it just ruins the effect it was meant to do. But you manage to pull it off pretty well. Make sure you drive with them off...or you could cop some fines (depending on states). If you like it, keep it. Remember...asking about rice stuff in a muscle car forum usually ends in flaming...  just a word of warning.
