I think they are 110% rice regardless of what they are on...

I would definitely fit them but only for s**t and giggles

Wank wank wank, ricer wannabe, screams LOOK AT ME I HAVE A SMALL C**k, leave it to the Honda drivers etc, next thing you will have a 5 in cannon and a monster tacho on a auto box, i would point and laugh at you if i seen the s**t box neons. What is it about young fellas, neons monster tachos and cannons? and a few older knobheads who have them.

They get it because as you said...LOOK AT ME...just getting more attention from who knows and have cops all over your a** when you are driving at night. Personally...neons are pretty gay...but if it is white i don't mind the look of it, blue makes your eyes weird...sort of ish.

I reserve my judgment until a picture is shown.

I was going to put down lights pointing downwards on my tyres....bahaha that would be funny.
