There is a tool its called a dynabraid we used them for my bobykit but i dont know if you can wet sand with them

Did you use it to sand the primer or just to initially scuff the bumpers back? If it's just used to scuff back the plastic or origional clear coat then yeah that could work but prolly wouldn't be to good when wet rubbing. If someone can correct me then do so because it'd also make my job ahellovalot easier :P

dyanbrade is a brand they do a lot of orbital sanders from memory mosty air tools to i think

We used them to sand the primer. They are operated by a air compressor

Alrighty, the bonnet is done. Shaped, primed, prepped, DONE! The cars been fully prepped aswell as the kit. All that's left now is to clean the car and she's ready. The paint booth has been booked for this coming sunday, so watch this space for a heap of pics.

Anyways, here's something to whet you appetites till Sunday

The front bar isn't a great fit (aftermarket crap), so will haveto have it screwed in from the inside up thru the gaurd to keep the sides in. No big deal tho...

It's the exact same bulge :lol:

i dunno mark....i may not buy extractors afterall...i told my cousins not to give me the money for the extractors for my bday cause i don't want it...and since i quit my job im going to lay low and do what i can in my backyard.

this car is awsome.... i would love to see a doco put up on how to sand/prep and spray! i did the rear of my ef, im good with small curved surfaces such as the bar and beaver panel, but the boot, where its real flat didnt come up too well. any advice while spraying/sanding large flat surfaces?
