Thanks for the comments guy's . I'm using a complete Ba wagon elec system with a few mods to adapt to some of the Ef parts. The cruise control and air bag system are all functioning. I haven't had time to adapt the HIM module to the Ef heater box yet. The computer is out of a non ABS ute so as to use the speedo drive setup. Will be using a sedan one when I have a chance to get it to the local ford dealer.

Mate I am impressed that looks tops if it Had the bonnet vents you would swear it was a genuine XR!
I was wondering if anyone had installed BA skirts on an EF wagon as I bought mine about 2 years ago and havent fitted them yet!

Question how did you modify them as they are approx 20mm too long for the EF?

Hey Phantom, the wagon is looking sweet mate. Just wondering how much does a BA engine, full engine and dash looms, dash, ECU would cost? Im thinking its not a cheap exercise, I spose the best way to do this conversion would be to have a BA donor car as you need quite a lot of BA components.

Would you be interested in doing a write up on fitting the dash? You have me thinking about my next project now  .

Anyways good work, and I look forward to seeing more updates.

Cheers

Josh

Nice work. does the door trip shape line up ok? Or did you have to 'adjust' it?

I presume you are going to recover the EF bolsters with the BA material too.

You certainly are pioneering the next evolution in Eseries mods.

Well done.

BenJ

The carpet is from an Au .It had to be modified to fit. I will be getting another carpet out of an Au in a darker color .Will see if i can do a better job when it comes to making it fit as i wasn't to happy with the last one.

Looking good there mate, I was wondering how you got the engine in with no problems with the bonnet closing?

Cheers

Yeh I used an angle grinder to "adjust" the bonnet.
