i hate removing glue marks, do it alot at work as im a car detailer, those damn new cars some can be a real b**ch especially the light weight trucks we sell, we use a glue remover and water pressure and still half only comes on then we have to spray more glue remover like plaster it on heaps then gently rub as u can scratch the paint

heat it up somehow with either hot water, hot air or jsut leave it in the sun for a while the i find the best way is to get eucalyptus (if that's how you spell it) oil in there n let it soak in, then try roll the glue back onto itself.
ohter than that you may need to use a caramel wheel if it's too hard? Rhyso

what did you heat it with?
I dont think Hot water wouldnt be enough - you could try using a hair dryer? We remove stickers from boxes via the hair dryer method and it works wonders..

Try a product called oomph Glue remover. Works an absolute treat. a small mist of that on glue, wipe it off instantly (ofcourse depending on how hard/how much glue is there).
Works really really well, in the cleaning aisle of your local supermarket. Ive used it to remove stickers of nearly everything, and works every time, even if you have to do it a few times, it still cleans it up 100%.

I just used some white sprits from Repco or any other shop. you have to keep wetting your rag with it and keep rubbing it in. It goes quite tacky and then starts rolling up into little balls of glue.
thanks ben

I sat and rubbed at it with my finger for (what seemed like ages) and it all came off eventually.
Failing that, go at it carefully with a razor.
