ok heres the deal i have around 4 hours of welding to be done here at my place and if anyones interested in quoting?
the welding that needs to be done is THIN panel welding on my Patrol! welder is here (although will need to set to the right settings) its a Mig Mag 260 the catch is I DONT WANT IT F**k UP by some one whos got no idea! any takers? grog or money take yah pick! |

Just do a heap of small tacks close to each other but don't do them side by side do one here and one there and allow the panel to cool and also keep a bucket of water and a rag handy to help cool the panel quicker and then do a nice weld on top of the tacks, no chance of blow throughs and will still be plenty strong enough, pity I'm on the central coast otherwise I would have offered asistance

just take your time and keep the panel steel cool and you will be fine
with you tacks have it on mediumish heat with a fast feed rate and modify setting from there. if you want any advice feel free to message me cheers bear |
