ISQUIK you are being an idiot. Sorry but the size of rim you are talking about is basically not suited to road use. You would find the ride to be very harsh and the tyres fragile. I have had 17' rims and done about 100,000klm with them. I damaged 2 good tyres on railway lines and the ride was acceptable. If you had 19 or 20' wheels with 30 series rubber you basically have no rubber to damp the road irregularities from the car. In Australia our roads are simply CRAP and not suited to very low profile tyres. I am currently riding on 15" wheels and the performance is good, not spectacular I'll admit but a good compromise between harshness and performance. I would accept 17" for sure esp as you can fit high performance brakes. larger than 17" rims are basically for the racetrack and show-and-shine competitions.
I am not saying larger rims don't look awesome.... they are just not road practicle.
