Looking at buying some 17" wheels from Bob Jane T-Mart for about $1100. Would that price include tyres and will they fit easily on my stock EF wheels?

:?

is it a mag & tyre package dylan? i'm assuming you mean will the offset be correct for the e-series? if so, call & ask! the mag & tyre packages usually include all you need to swap 'em over from stockies to the new rims!

If that's one of Bob Janes special monthly packages (they have one every month, wheel and tire package for cheap), then generally they don't come in the offset to fit Pre-AU. Finding wheels with the right offset are hard. You'll needa spend some time there finding out what they can get to suit.
As for 17" tyres fitting on stock 15" rims, no.

The wording is a little awkward but if you think about it for a bit it's easy to see that he's asking two questions: "Would the $1100 Bob Jane are asking for some 17" wheels I'm looking at include tyres?" and "will those wheels fit my EF?"

if it's a 17" package for 1100 at Bob Janes then it probablyu does include tires, then it's there monthly special, and generally they don't come in the offset to fit Pre-AU.

Even though its a $100 more than $1100, you could probably find some EL GT styles which are 17 x 8" with tyres for about $1200 - if thats the kind of thing your after!!!

How do I get the 17s to fit my EF then and how much will it cost?

They are made to fit EL so they are the correct offset so they slap straight on. Cost, you might be able to find some for around the $1200 mark, and that should be fitted and balanced and possible a set of lock nuts.

Step 1 - Go to Bob Jane's

Step 2 - Tell them you want 17" Rims and Rubber to suit EF Falcon

Step 3 - Select the wheel you want, from the VERY LIMITED selection they show you

Step 4 - Get quote (expect it to be $1500 or higher)

They'll be able to get ones that fit, but they won't be cheap, and won't eb the ones on special./
