hey all

crazily enough, i'm *thinking* about different rims for my car...

this is whats on it currently:

have had EL GT's on it, but a bit too common for my liking:

but these puppies are what i'm thinking about moving too - yes, 16's i know, boring tickford rims, but i reckon they're hot!

so looking for peoples thoughts/opinions as to what i should be doing! :)

hell, i might have the 17's & the 16's and swap them as & when i please! :P

18"'s with tyres brand new for $1300? You actually feel the need to ask if that's a good price! i would of taken it then and there! Cept would of knocked em down to 17"'s as i wouldn't want my tyre wall getting too small...

mitch about the cheaper tyres, it's not worth it. after driving my wagon around with some 17" maxis worth about $180 a pop and then my mom's with some 15" Goodyears worth about $150 a pop, in the wet and dry the wider 17"s are so much better. Both cars have stock sus (and although mines an EF compared to the EB, I doubt the wagon sus is any more advanced, probably inferior on the rear for driving, better for towing/carrying), and mine has more power, hers spins on take offs and is so easy to get the back right out, mine grips beautifully (it might just be that the Maxxis are a great tyre, but I think it's the wider tyres).
