Whcich wheels look best on the cooks car? It is an EB late series1 (lotsa series 2 goodies). Not actually an xr6 but near as you could get. Just missing rocker cover and head. Has the suspension etc, dash and seats.

The AUI 17s, no question.
They look really nice on EA-EDs, suit the shape well, as long as you got no beef with hub adaptors.
I'd suggest it being lower, but I imagine if it was your missus would proceed to remove the front bar and exhaust asap

You guys are just gettin' all excited cos of the big FORD banner in the background......... Nah my feelings were that the AU wheels (on a clean car  ) would look the best. Just wanted to get a feeling for what other people thought. If the Missus didn't like them they were gunna go on the ute, just didn't relish the idea of undoing the wheel nuts and then removing and refitting the adaptors.....

Guess what???? The wheels are coming off........and going on the ute. The cook reckons these wheels (in her words) "are ugly" and she drives the car more than me and right now I don't give a s**t what wheels are on the ute as long as it is not scraping it's guts on the ground and I am still getting sex (ie keeping the mrs happy). Oh well...........
