Same, i have 19's and Ultra's all round.
It will be bumpy, but it doesn't really bother me all that much. It also doesn't help having elastic bands for tyres...

I'd have to say you will definitely need the camber kit, if you get a bit of negative camber with 19s you'll prolly scrape the guards.
19s + ultralows look awesome, dave's xr8 is on of if not the best lookign e series i've seen, 19s really suit the shape and size of the car.

I have 19's on my AU (non IRS, standard height) and they're bumpy as hell going from a 16" wheel. Theres bugger all sidewall so you feel every little bump in the road even on stock height. That said, they're f**k hot and my superlows will be in in a few weeks

The height of the car will be higher than if you had 17's or 18's.
So you can go ultra lows and still be very close to the 100mm legal limit in VIC anyway. You will defiantely need a camber kit, and depending on the width of the rim, probably need your guards rolled/lipped on the front at least.

yeh lowered falcon with 19"s i gurantee the front gurads will scrub....at round $50 per side just get em rolled....saves paying $200+ on a new tyre for that 19"s rim that u just tore a huge chunk out of while cornering quickly or hittin a pot hole

I can't be f**k finding it, but there's a thread over at fordforums.com.au in the wheel section. $70 a corner and he comes to you. No one else seems to know anyone in Vic that can do it.
