not even in the same ballpark as trim dream mate, you realy need to see this stuff work in the flesh, nothing else arround like this and doesnt look like there is going to be anytime soon, well done matt.

I am 100% positive that it will cause it works on the black ones extremely well and has non abrasive oxidisation reversing agents in it

I have now got a new product for E series, AU and B series top window trims on the exterior
This is super easy to apply and with the optically perfect acrylic polymers, will enhance the gloss and protection of Trim Dream So it is a best mate to trim dream and is probably what most EF to EL owners would love cause those top trims get so grey and matte after a while AU owners - trim dream doesn't work on the top trims, this will however clean them, polish them up without any residue (just spray on towel, buff in with no pressure) and wipe off or leave on and wash off with next car wash Effectively it repolymerises the material, being urethane, rubber or other type of polymer material Makes them hydrophobic (water sheets away) and clearer over time. It is how I got my cars top trims so slick, black and reflective Will be cheaply priced and available in a week to purchase Other uses it has Extend the gloss and protection of Trim Dream (use after each wash or monthly) Put on alloy wheels to give good protection from brake dust, Put on the paintwork as a short term protectant Put on interior clear plastic I'm testing it on B series cowlings at the moment to see if it slows down the return of those soap induced white specks on there (gives the cowling a low sheen which is nice) Just soaped the BF XR6T ute with high pressure and so far no white specks have returned

Now it's the expensive cars that are loving the Trim Dream
$127,000 dollar BMW X5 Just finished this car for a South Aussie, former Fujitsu V8 supercar series driver 2007 BMW X5 Roof capping Before After Wiper arms Grill (by hand) (I doubt anyone would know that these are polishable) They will get three more applications of step 3 and will then be as reflective and as black as the paintwork B Pillars These had some white hazing on them (like a frosty look) So I buffed them out with Trim Dream and machine Paintwork Trim Dream over the top of Glare Micro Finish and Professional Polish (used as sealant)

Hey Aurora, this stuff looks amazing. The trims on my EF are in particularly bad shape, I can get some pics in the morning. I assume most of them would come up nice with some hard elbow grease, but a few of the trims have started to peel (i.e. down to metal on the strips along the bottom of the door windows). Is there any easy way to repair these before applying the Trim Dream, or will I have to just fork out the money for new ones?

new ones would be better, because there is no guarantee that sanding and painting on the damaged trims will be a permanent solution
See it this way, the new trims can be protected from that damage happening again with trim dream It will be available to buy again in a few weeks

I might try the wreckers first then. I expect the local Ford dealer will be pretty expensive for the trims, I know Toyota wanted $50 a trim for just the strips on the windows for my old car. I'll take some pics in the morning anyway.. I'm pretty sure the strips along the bottom of the side windows will need to go, but I'm not sure if the strips on the rest will still be ok.
Also, my bumpers have a black trim with a gold strip - would the trim dream be safe to use on them? Here's a pic: |

Yes TD will work fine on the bumper strip, just use absolutely no pressure with TD on those (the coating is quite weak against pressure)
