I know that ute lights had a change after 03 on the BA's . . . i spoke to a guy at ford parts and he told me that the bf ute lights are the same part number as the post 03 ba lights . . . does anybody out there know if these will fit?

Hey Mate i have a BA Pursuit and the tail lights on the BA Utes had the reverse light seperate, and on the BA MAK2 & BF Utes the reverse is in the tail light now, so there is a difference between the BA & BA MAK2's, hope this is of some use

absolutley will not fit mate. As has been stated in AU and early BA's the reversing lamps were a singular lamp in the lower bumper towards the RH side of the car. sometime during BA MK1 (towards the end but before MKII which arrived mid 2004) the reverse lamp in the lower bumper was removed and made part of both tail lamp assemblies. The this new tail lamp assembly is also the same assembly fitted to F250/F350s

Actually from about october 2003 they deleted the reverse light, so a lot of mark 1 utes have no reverse light in the bar.

they also changed the globes. the au and early ba had those dodgy expensive push in plastic american design bulbs. they are about 14-15 bucks each. but they woke up to them selves and as has been said above changed it to the reverse light in the tail light assembly.
they are not a straight swap over unfortunatly they have different wiring pugs in the bulb sockets.

so in short if these altezzas dont have a reverse light (as it seems) i believe will fit but you will have to rig up a reverse light somewhere
