get a pin or a needle and poke it in the eye. Just poke it in the jet holes while someone squirts the washers. Careful not to adjust the direction of your jets.

check the pipes from the water pumps for blockages, just trace them back from the sprayers on the bonnet, otherwise it'll be the pump, easy as to change, check at wreckers or like $20 brand new for a BA

Guarantee you've got blocked nozzles...
As SWC said or we unplug the hose off the bum of it and get an air compressor nozzle and stick it in the jet and blow air through nozzle backwards to blow any crud back out the way it got in... That reminds me... Gotta do mine again... Cheers, Tim

Careful not to adjust the direction of your jets. do this, somtimes people are not careful when polishing the bonnet and get polish in the hole, if you dont get it out and the cars left in the sun for a long time it will dry up in there and it drys pretty hard

I would say that the filter on the inlet of the pump is blocked and just needs cleaning out
