It's been debated a few times, but AFAIK they are the same.

You can put it beyond doubt by asking ford spares to check the part nos of each, should be the same, e.g. 94DA-xxxxxx-xx .

Ef and XH front bars are the same. It's just the bonnet a guard's that are different.
