Hey guys I don't have this problem on my XF however my headlights are extremely poor. They have good globes in them (supposed to be those blue kinda ones or woteva). Do you guys maybe think it is just the reflectors maybe caked in dust that is why they r so dull ? I have to drive around with high beam on just so i can see and it won't be long before i get defected by the boys in blue. If anyone has some suggestions i'm open for ideas thanks.

with the XF the lens on the lights are quite easy to remove,(metal clips around the lens) do this and check condition of the reflector if its just dirty clean it, if all the chrome is coming off, just replace the whole headlight its much easer...

i did this on my parents ef and it worked a treat. no issues to report. used meguiars scratch x to finish.
my brother has a nissan stagea and on the forums he frequents someone said to use toothpaste!! tried it on his, which were slightly yellow, and it actually worked!! mind you i did a bit with the scratch x and it worked as well and looked better as the toothpaste obviously has no polish in it. might work on the ford lens as well.

I've heard of people using toothpaste too, doesn't work very well tho..
