So now that it's starting to warm up, I'm noticing my A/C is dropping out here and there. I start up in the morning, a/c works fine all the way to work, about 15 minutes. At lunch I go home for lunch, and it sometimes takes a while to get cold, sometimes it's fine. Sometimes when driving it goes from nice cold air to icky warm air, and takes a few minutes to get cold again. Not really hot weather, engine/temp gauge not even up to 1/2, not using full throttle. Any thoughts? 8-)

Low gas or high pressure will trip the pressure switch, cutting off the compressor. Is the comp. switching off when it goes warm? Give the TX valve near the firewall a few taps with a screwdriver when the A?/C is running, it might be freezing up. Belt slipping?

Mike
