Just wondering if anyone has had a whistle coming out of the A/C temp sensor (well I presume it is)?

Above the trip meter and beside the demister switch is a grill that is attached to a flexable tube that goes back to some gaget. When the A/C is on and not up to temp (presumption) there is a whistle when accelerating, I first presumed vacum based but there is no vac hoses up there that I can see. When a relay clicks the whistle goes away and then comes back when the relay clicks again. I am presuming here that when the A/C is up to temp that the relay turns off.

Has anyone else meet this gremlin ?? and ofcorse, did you kill it and how?>

ps after 2 weeks of sanding, spraying, sanding right back again then spraying again the rear wing is finally on. :D :D :D

Yep, I had the whistle thing happen to me as well. Turned out to be a leaf that had gotten in somehow, and lodged itself near the fan.

Drives ya crazy!
