It will be.

I had a look at the CC unit and can see the hole that you mean....I reckon I could bodge something up from the vaccuum lines I'll be pulling out of the current aircon controls...
Avionics should have plenty of different sized heatshrink/heatshrink boots that will do the job as a joiner to another vaccy line . . .

1, Those wires are NOT factory, something else was running from them

2, as above, green = fresh/recirc door flap, black is 'sniffer' line.

3, the vacuum lines plug into the car, easy it already exists as they're used byt he current airbox. That 'motor' thingy I don't know I have one, but didn't know where to put it, my CC works fine.

4, that's the main vacuum source, it goes into the engine bay an connectors near the inlet plenum (? not 100% on that ?)

5, dunno.

And yeah my site is down :( will get it back up this w/e.

Ok thanks for that, it gives me a bit more to go on....

Is trhere anywhere that lists what each colour vaccuum line does? Would the Ford Workshop Manual (the $200 set of 2 books) list them?

Thanks again...4 days till "operation pull the car to bits" starts! :D

The EL Gregory's manual does have pretty good wiring/vaccy diagrams of the CC (surprisingly).
I did post the wiring diagram in one of the recent CC threads, just do a search on climate control.

Don't think you posted it, but emailed it to me, when my server is back up it'll be there.

Just had a look, those Gregories diagrams and the ones Happy posted are all electrical wiring as far as I can tell, no actual vaccuum line diagrams...

And thr CC doco only lists electrical wiring colours to, no vaccuum line colours...
