hey all, using mobile phone here, just had my car regased and the person told me that the front vents are slighty blocked, what can cause this? Aslo its not changing from inside air vm out side air, can any help me pls? Thanks leticia

Sounds like a blend motor. the mechanism that switches between what vents are used and if air to be recirculated. OR it may simply be the trap in the passenger footwell is blocked. I would be checking the trap first before someone looks at the blend motor.

Make sure that the vacuum line is hooked up properly ( from the interior to the intake manifold) if it is leaking, or not connected you wont get the vents facing you, is it sorta stuck on demist mode?

hiya, thankyou for the replys, no, its not stuck on demist mode, and it changes from inside to outside air, .. the you can feel the difference from the back vents, they are icey cold, but the front ones, just don't blow as cold. the person who re-gased it said the vents seem blocked, i have noticed that sometimes when you first start it, it blows out black or brown foam tiny bits of foam, i had a look under the glove box, and some of the foam thats on that has seemed to of pealed off the glove box. ... so im thinking, maybe its blocked with that stuff???
