He added it himself (read the title).

Brown wire is the dimmer wire I belive, so when you turn your headllights on its dims down, like the headlights do.

Yo twirqurky where does it say he added his trip computer himself the title has nothing to do with him adding a trip computer.

An i am sure that my headlights are not meant to dim only from hight beam to low. not with the dimmer switch but thankyou i know what you mean. :)))

If it came stock, then why is he adding it?

If it came stock, why does he need help?

It doesnt explicitly say jhe is adding tit, I interpretted it as he had.

When you turn your headlights on, the clock/trip computer and your odo reading dim to make it easer on the eyes in the darkness.
