I was replacing my steering wheel in my EL mont, i pulled the fuse for the airbag out before I'll removed the wheel and the next day put the new one in, put the airbad back on and put the fuse back in. When i turned the car on it beeped at me 5 times three time in a row, and now my airbag light flash's 5 times then 2 times. I'm praying there is a cheap and easy fix to this as I put the new wheel in to make it roadworthy so i can sell it.

Airbag has a battery backup (supplies power for a few seconds when a collision destroys wires.)

Sounds like you've discharged it to a point is has a memory code.
You need to reset the Airbag (in tech docs) to remove the code.
This should take a few seconds.
