gday guys, well......

ive just put a xr steering wheel on a mates car, everything went fine but, now his airbag light comes up with the error code

FLASH-FLASH-FLASH-FLASH-FLASH--FLASH-FLASH

now what does that mean??? also i was reading the tech dock, it says short the airbag memory pin to ground, where is ground??? thanks alot

mine does the same thing after it went into limp mode after the alternator started overcharging that light lisses me off

thanks alot well ive fixed it now, what i needed to do was put a wire from the pin to a ground which i used a bolt on the door, flicked the ignition over to start (but didnt crank it) then when the airbag light went out took the wire off the pin, it beeped 3 times. Then turned the ignition off. turned ignition back on then when the airbag light went out i put the wire back onto the pin held it there for a good 20 seconds, then 5 beeps, it cleared the fault and is back to normal.
