can anyone tell me why i get air flow thru the air vents when i select the vent shut option and turn the fan and aircon off? i have check the flicker on the control unit to swap from airflow to none and that isnt broken

Sounds to me like your recirc/fresh flap is leaking air passed it when closed. you will need to check and see when its selected to recirc that it is shut all the way.

either the fresh/recirc flap is leaking, or it's broken

what model falcon do you have?
