well, this has happened before but it fixed itself and now its happened again, my air vents for the aircon/heater wont change, its stuck on the floor and windows, i have had look behind dash at vacum hoses to see if there was a defect anywhere but i couldnt see a problem, what could this be and has this happened to anyone else?

Check the vacuum lines in the engine bay, there a a couple on the passenger side near the firewall.
