Hey, not sure how seriously I should take this as no matter what I cannot afford to get it checked at fraud or replaced if it goes off while im driving.

But does anyone know what could cause my airbag light to start flashing and then staying on while im driving ???
It may have something to do with booting under my steering wheel last night when my battery went flat, and I had to jump it.
I didnt notice the light on last night, but just this afternoon it came on and now it wont go off...

Car is an EL Fairmont btw.

Do a diagnotic on it and find out what is causing it, with mine it was just the battery had dropped low in power and all i had to do was clear it from the ecu

Yeah one cause for an airbag light flashing is the car's power dropping too low. (which is what happened to you) Usually if you find the friendly mechanic in town and go in when there not too busy they will reset it for free. Don't stress it won't blow up! but it also won't blow up in the event of a crash.

Ah k sorry forgot about the doco. Was speaking from personal experience, I've never been charged to see what code it's throwing out and to reset. Maybe I've just got a nice smile :D

Lol, well it's definately not my boobs. If I got them out at the mechanics I think they'd be probably try and use the diagnostic gear to try work out wtf was wrong with me... and not my air bag light!
