Hello,

Was browsing "EF FORD" on ebay when I came across

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Ford-Falcon-EL-E ... dZViewItem

Just wondering if anyone has tried these or could suggest any problems with this product?

Cheers

They look to be the same ones I'm running in my dash. Simply fit into the original bulb holder at the back of the cluster.
They're pretty bright and very blue.
Pretty good price too, I got ripped by autobarn for $14 a pair.

Dunno, haven't got an LCD.

I'm pretty sure there's a tech document on here about changing the colour of the LCD filters though.

The BA's use LEDs for lighting, they don't die (you can kill them), so they're not in holders as they don't need replacing.

They can be changed but unless you're very good with surface mount soldering you'll break something.

i reckon, its the lamest doco ever. just get white paper and replace the stock filter with it (cut to shape) then use a blue (or whatever) LED to light her up.
