Hey guys, i want to replace my rear 60/40 seat with a later model that had the thing that folds down. Is it a simple bolt in job or drilling required.

Any model in the e-series will fit except Fairlane, unless you want to rework the bolsters.

Sedan into sedan, wagon into wagon.
