i wouldve used a plug on my second fairmont but someone had already hacked the s**t out of the wiring for a dvd player then hacked s**t out of it to remove the dvd player and fit a s**t cd player for the sale. made a huge mes so i just joined wires and eleco taped them but it f**k up at least on 2 ocasions which sent me insane, soneones hacked my els wiring aswell, might use some male female connectors, probably the tidiest i can do it

This is cheap tackiness I referred to... You're talking about a terminal block? Really not suited to small automotive stranded cable... Likely to break off heaps of strands... Screwing a screw into fine wires works like a guillotine... The designed for bootlace crimps or larger strands (not "flexible" wiring, the stranded stuff)...

You guys who said you're missing the dash plug, you can go to a wreckers and cut one off or aerpro make the dash side of the plug as well as the cd player side... The old man's ed had it cut off at some stage... went to a wreckers and cut off the plug and then solder it back into the car and heatshrinked all the joins
