OKay, so my brother has a problem with his gauge cluster.
All gauges except for the tacho and speedo work.
I have been through all the fuses, checked the battery earth, had the cluster out to check the connections, checked the smartshield computer and for the life of me I can't find the problem.

Is there some sort of common instrument cluster problem with AU's that I'm overlooking or something?

what sort of cluster is it and what car is it in? ie: has it been changed over or has it just stopped working?
Sometime when you change them over for exapmle base series to mid series with a oil pressure guage you have to change the oil pressure switch on the engine to a sender ect.......but havnt heard of the speedo not working.... seems to me that its just either not plugged in under the car or theres no signal to the cluster along with the tacho???
Maybe someone else knows a bit more?
