Hey, i have an AU s1 with the all black interior except for the ugly grey CD surround, im trying to take that off to paint it at the moment but im stuck on the heater switch cables plugged into the back of the unit.


I have all the screws and plugs off of everything else except the heater controls where i cant figure out a way of getting it off without destroying it, its now only hanging by the cabling to the back of the heater and ac controls..how am i meant to get it off?
