will an au2 steering feel just bolt stright onto an ef?
i think it does but thought better to find out for sure b4 i go and blow the money...

heh no worries at all

just be careful of the airbag! disconnect the battery to make sure or if u are worried i think some ford dealers will swap em over for about $40 not a bad price

yeah going to ford sounds like a goer, dont want to be messing round with airbags.

Frank swapping the wheel over shouldnt set the bag off shouldnt it unless those two wires touch....and do u know if those wires are exposed when u remove the wheel ?

REmvoe airbag fuse, wait a minute (according to the Gregories manual), and you're safe.

The wire's are sheilded in proper connectors. You'd have to TRY to set the airbags off.

i've got a doco here somewhere that i wrote (all with pics etc) which gives you a full guide on how to change your s/wheel! :P

haha nar it wont
all shielded wires

dl that doco fraser has put up and u should be fine

if you want ford to do it
go there BEFORE u try it yourself
