yep, its in your user manual, but from memory you point the remote at the car and hold the lock button for 5 seconds untill the locks cycle

correct way to remove it..

press and hold the lock and unlock buttons at the same time for about 5-10 seconds until the blinkers flash. Then you'll need to repeat the same thing on your 2nd remote.
