Hi all; How do I remove the accelerator pedal from an auto BF, is there a concealed spring or similar? thanks

doesn't the whole accelerator pedal assembly remove from the pedal box ??

from what i'm reading, u need to remove the steering column to remove the pedal box.

Thanks Men, but I just want to get the actual pedal off the "arm" to replace with chrome Xr/Typhoon pedal face. J

done they just go over the top of the existing ones.

Hi Greg, yeah, the brake pedal did, but on the accelerator its all one new piece, it seems to be glued od, I don't want to force it too much in case I damage the arm going into the pedal box. I can't find any sort of retainer clip or spring.

Yeah it just pulls off - pull down and slightly forward and it will come off with a s**t load of force!
