disconnect the battery.... wait 5 mins use a allen key to remove the screws on the back of the steering wheel cover, you will need to turn the wheel to accsess them, pop the airbag off and the t5 (i think its called that) bolt is in the center, pull it out, and the wheel will come off with a good tug.

its a torx bit not an allen gey for the airbag - either a T-25 or a T-30...

Loosen (dont take off completely) the bolt first before u give it a good tug! otherwise u wil end up with a rearranged face!

s**t got the airbag unscrewed but cant seem to unplug the power conector for it

got that bit now i dont have the right size torx or allen key - btw using an allen key on torx screws is not a great idea.
