that loooks pretty sweet i had to return my 7'' flip out was fauty sadly

waiting for a replacement .. my dvd unit will have bluetooth functionality,, and its made for ipod soo it supports all ipods xcept for iphone 3g n 3gs... has digital screen and soo much more cant wait.. how long it take you to complete?

I have one of these in mine, I painted it black to match the rest of the facia. The only issue I have is the position of the power outlet does not allow the head units screen to come out with a plug in there. Apart from that the unit is well made and fits perfectly.

Okay it's neally over and done with.. The thing is a real bi*ch to fit! It's taken 6 hours all up. Just need to get some more stuff. Then voilà I'm done, time to put it all backtogother and upload pics does anyone no what tool I need to remove the rear speakers?? I've installed my amp n all wiring for sub .. Yet to be done is test it. Wish me luck.

It's technically an E6 socket. A 6mm socket will do the job however.


Why'd you have half the dash apart? No need to do that for a stereo install.

hint - check my sig.

There's no need to disassemble that much to install a head unit, or even complete replacement (incl. wiring into door etc.).
