Firstly, sorry is this is a repost

Any help on the matter would be so greatly appreciated.

I would like to run speaker wires from the amp in the boot to the front speakers, as the factory setup is substandard.

Is there a guide, wiring diagram, kick panel removal diagram? that exists or anyones personal experience on the matter?

I just cant seem to run a wire through the door through into the cabin, its almost nearly impossible.

PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE help its driving me mad (no pun intended).

cheers.

mate to run a wire through from the door into the cabin, run it alongside the door loom wires and through the rubber boot into the cabin. simply push a coathanger through the boot alongside the plugs and pull your wires through. then do the same from the cabin floor to where the plug connects to the one in the cabin. you could even fit a small 2 pin plug in there if your worried about disconnecting it later. then run in the usual fashion under the door sills.

It is possible, but VERY difficult.

Been there, done that. Not doing it again. (ran two sets into each door, as I've got two speakers in each door)

phatba has the process about right. It's just f**k difficult to do.

i didnt find it that difficult. i simply pulled the door loom out and threaded the wires through the boot and put a 2 pin plug at the end. using a coat hanger i pulled 2 more wires with the other end of the plug into the cabin from the spot where the door loom comes in. re-install the door loom and plug together your wires. then do your new door speaker wiring and trim the length to suit, and then run your wires inside the cabin as needed. i did that to run the fairmont ghia door courtesy lights on an xt when i did a 4 way power window conversion and fairmont ghia interior swap at the same time.
