Is there a way to replace the heater core without having to discharge AC?
Got all the dash out already, just trying to remove heater box but have run into this snag. |

According to Ford, NO. I would suggest you either get the car to an Auto Electrician or you get a Workshop Manual and do yourself but, the latter I would not suggest.

i've done plenty of these back when i was with ford. Unfortunately you will need to have the A/C System evacuated of its R134A and than remove it from the vehicle. This was also mean a new reciever drier legally has to be installed when you re-comission the system
